PEARL of the RAVENS 2023 Amphora-Aged Cabernet Sauvignon

As terracotta is more porous than oak, the respiration over 22 months makes for a wine that is already supple, although with fine tannins. 80% amphora-aged Cabernet, 20% barrel-aged, places the pure virtues of crafting in terracotta in the forefront. Bright and fresh now, the PEARL will reward patience in the cellar.

100% Cabernet Sauvignon from our single, estate vineyard.  Yields are kept down and organically farmed to achieve the best expression of the fruit. The grapes are hand-harvested and naturally fermented with the vineyard's indigenous yeast. It is bottled unfiltered and unfined. 

The bottle features our Raven logo wrapped around the surface with a platinum pearl in its beak.
