Perliss Estate invites you to visit their Napa winery, Blackbird Vineyards' Black Lab, under the direction of Aaron Pott.

The portfolio features pure expressions of Cabernet Sauvignon from the estate Ravens Vineyard, and other Bordeaux varietals, Sémillon and Petit Verdot.

Tour the next vintages aging in Tuscan terracotta amphorae and small-production French barrels.

Current Release

Taste through the entire Perliss current release lineup, a spectrum of three colors:

  • The Serpents - the bright, dry wine made from pure Sémillon, the great Bordeaux white varietal.
  • Snakeskin - the skin-contact, or orange, incarnation of The Serpents.
  • The Heron - pure Petit Verdot, a rare creature, showcasing the varietal.
  • Pearl of the Ravens - our estate Cabernet Sauvignon, aged primarily in Tuscan amphora.
